Users can cancel and request a refund for the remainder of their subscription in just a few steps by contacting us. Please refer to the table below for how refund calculations are done.

How Refund Calculations Work

This policy does not apply to reseller plans. Reseller plans are nonrefundable.

12 MONTHS	Within 1-15 days	100% minus $20 administrative fee
	Within 16-90 days	50% minus $20 administrative fee
	After 90 days	No refund
24 MONTHS	Within 1-15 days	100% minus $20 administrative fee
	Within 16-90 days	50% minus $20 administrative fee
	After 90 days	No refund

12 Months Subscription:

Within 1-15 days: 100% refund minus $20 administrative fee
Within 16-90 days: 50% refund minus $20 administrative fee
After 90 days: No refund

24 Months Subscription:

Within 1-15 days: 100% refund minus $20 administrative fee
Within 16-90 days: 50% refund minus $20 administrative fee
After 90 days: No refund
